Position Summary:
Do you enjoy helping customers and working in a collaborative team environment? If so, this opportunity might be for you! We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team! In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate service to clients, and additional support to Sales Advisors, as it relates to the sale and service of individual wealth management business. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service, computer, organization, and communication skills. Don’t have wealth management experience? That’s okay; we can teach you that part!

Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Cedar Rapids office; however, it does include flexibility and the ability to work from home on occasion for personal appointments and/or family needs.
Work Schedule:
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional client appointments after 4:30 PM. Upon hire, you will be able to select a preferred work schedule of 8:00-4:30 with a 30-minute lunch break, 8:30-5:00 with a 30-minute lunch break, or 8:00-5:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
